The Shortlisting and Selection

Stage 1:

Once we receive your vacancy details we’ll establish what you are looking for in that perfect candidate and will use our extensive database of job seekers as well as resourcing the vast amount of CVs online to find the most suited candidates for your needs.

Stage 2:

We hold telephone interviews with the prospective candidates to discuss the position and to find out more about them. We then select those appropriate to progress to the next stage which may involve being invited for a face to face interview. Our screening process means you will never interview a candidate that we do not have complete confidence in.

Stage 3:

The short list of candidates is forwarded to you for your review and approval before we begin arranging interviews.


Interview and decision

Before the interviews, we will talk you through who you will be meeting and the structure of the interview. After the meetings a decision will be made and we will forward feedback to all candidates and manage the offer made for the successful candidate.
